Context

Recruiting production technicians requires timeresources, and sometimes, the trial period confirms that some tasks are not suitable for new hires. The LFB was looking for a solution to reduce the turn-over rate and optimize their way of identifying candidates.

Description

The LFB has created VR training experiences to evaluate the specific technical concepts that the candidates have memorized or already know. This training enables them to better visualize their future missions.

Starting with group sessions, followed by VR headset workshops, and finally individual interviews, this method allows LFB BIOMEDICAMENTS to optimize its recruitment process.
