Context
- Engage more deeply newcomers and develop a sense of belonging to Chloé among all new employees, whether they are based at headquarters, in boutiques or in other regions.
- Offer a user-friendly digital application to facilitate and enhance the learner experience.
- Complete the face-to-face induction program with an immersive integration program.
Description
The immersive integration module developed by Chloé comprises three paths: product life cycle (designers’ workplaces, ready-to-wear workshop, showrooms), history of the house (the Heritage department) and ” Behind The Scene “, which reveals the behind-the-scenes workings of the house. As well as discovering the Paris headquarters, each newcomer will be able to learn all about Chloé’s history.
Results
The module is scheduled for launch at the end of November 2020, and will be shared via microcomputers and smartphones with all employees worldwide. Chloé is already thinking about other immersive learning modules: on the retail side, with themes such as the development of sales ceremonies and customer loyalty, and on the HR side, with training courses dedicated to technical know-how.
