Context

SMCP is a renowned fashion house composed of 4 brands, operating in over 40 countries: Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot and Fursac.

The Digital Learning team wanted to integrate an innovative and dynamic tool to allow all employees worldwide to enjoy impactful immersive experiences.

Description

They have created several VR modules:

  • An escape game onboarding at their SMCP headquarters. New employees can immerse themselves in the world of the House, discover the different brands and values, and meet the teams on site…
  • A selling ceremony in a Maje boutique, to put the learner in the shoes of a customer and discover the best sales practices in order to establish a qualitative relationship with the customer.

Results

The Digital Learning team has now stered the Uptale platform, and has equipped itself with a 360 camera and VR headsets to go further in the creation of VR experiences.

These modules will be shared with employees worldwide and accessible via PCs, tablets and Homido mini glasses for smartphones.
