Korian – Risks related to the manipulation of chemical products
Context
Korian Academy, the internal university of Korian, leading European Care Services Group for elderly and fragile, has created an immersive experience in order to familiarize its staff regarding the safety measures to adopt when handling chemical products on facilities.
Description
The experience immerses the learner in real danger situations. The learner is confronted with different scenarios presenting risks. He must apply instructions to guarantee safety within the nursing home for him, his colleagues and the residents.
Results
The experiment should allow participants to learn independently, to achieve time saving in training and a reduction in risks incurred and accidents when handling chemical products.
