Openclassrooms – Developing students’ employability through Virtual Reality
Context
OpenClassrooms is an online school offering degree and professional training courses to more than three million students every month worldwide.
The aim of this collaboration is to create a 360° conversational module allowing all learners topractice job interviews to improve their employability and interview success.
Description
In this conditional scenario experience, the learner must choose the best answer/question to give/ask the customer, and pitch the product using key words to learn the best possible sales path.
Results
This first experience for developers plunges us into the first-person role of a candidate.
A female recruiter asks questions, and the learner must interact with her by using his voice, structuring his presentation and pronouncing specific key wordsexpected by recruiters, which will be validated as the interview progresses.
