With this in mind, SKEMA, through its Talent & Careers department, would like to enable students to practice salary negotiations in virtual reality, a key skill in the preparation of their future careers.
Objectives
With this realistic and interactive simulation, the student will be guided through contacting HR, to the interview preparation and right up until the salary negotiation.
Training objectives include:
- Understanding the key elements of salary components
- Integrating elements of posture in different salary negotiation situations
- Learning how to handle objections and highlighting your experience
