Grenoble School of Management – Virtual Reality at the disposal of ethical finance

Grenoble School of Management has launched the “Finance of Tomorrow Movement” to help students build their own ethics in finance.

That’s why, in collaboration with Uptale, they decided to design an immersive training module enabling students to experience powerful ethical dilemmas: Finethics.

The Uptale experience takes the learner through a large number of professional situations (team meetings, exchanges between colleagues and customer interviews) in which the student has to take a stand.

The immersive experience is first lived individually, followed by peer exchanges and a debriefing with a teacher.

Here, students are encouraged to think reflexively, to raise awareness of a sector whose business model is undergoing radical transformation, and whose values, such as ethics, are becoming increasingly identifiable.
