Synapxe – Immersive Journey into the Roles of Synapxe in the Primary Care Setting

Synapxe plays a key role in the digital transformation of Singapore’s public healthcare sector by connecting patients, professionals, and medical data through innovative IT solutions.

To support the onboarding of its new employees, Synapxe has created, via Uptale, an immersive virtual tour of Sembawang Polyclinic. This innovative experience allows participants to concretely discover the missions of various healthcare professionals, as well as the tangible impact of digital systems on the patient experience and the organization of outpatient care.

With a resolutely forward-looking approach, Synapxe aims to become fully autonomous in the creation and deployment of these immersive modules, in order to rapidly and efficiently share knowledge in the field.

• Provide a basic understanding of the outpatient care journey, including the roles and responsibilities of different healthcare professionals.
