Today, instead of sending a trainer out, stores only need a pair of VR glasses. They are now more autonomous and better equipped to advance their salespeople’s skills.”

In addition to these benefits, Uptale also increases learner engagement by a factor of 5 compared to traditional case studies. The solution enhances information retention, with learners retaining 75 to 90% of the information long-term versus just 10 to 20% with traditional methods.
