Enterprise Education

Context

GPI wanted to create a training environment that was both theoretical and practical, and put their learners in a real-life situation, without logistical constraints or risks.

They used Virtual Reality to train employees and new arrivals in high and low voltage consignment and deconsignment, a dangerous and risky exercise if poorly executed.

Description

GPI’s core business is Industrial Electrical Engineering. Through this experience, the learner’s role is to follow and, above all, guide a maintenance technician through HV/LV consignment and deconsignment.

He will have to carry out the actions in a certain order while staying completely safe to complete the procedure.

Results

Through this experience, GPI wishes to increase the dynamic involvement of its employees while training them in new practices, or to accelerate their integration and onboarding.
