How are my personal data protected and managed within Uptale?
At Uptale, data protection and confidentiality are top priorities. We have implemented strict measures to ensure the security and privacy of your information.
- Use of Azure OpenAI Service
Uptale does not send data to OpenAI directly. The platform uses OpenAI models hosted privately within Microsoft Azure’s secure environment. Your data remains within the Microsoft ecosystem and is never used to train OpenAI or Microsoft models, nor shared with other Microsoft customers. - Strict compliance with Azure OpenAI Service
- Your prompts (inputs), completions (outputs), embeddings and training data are not available to other customers
- They are not accessible to OpenAI
- They are not used to improve OpenAI models
- They are not used to train, retrain or improve Azure OpenAI base models
- They are not used to improve other Microsoft or third-party services without your permission
- Your customized Azure OpenAI models are exclusively available to you
- Partnership with Microsoft
Uptale has been a Microsoft partner since 2017. Our solutions rely on Microsoft Azure’s secure infrastructure, with data hosted exclusively in Europe. This ensures high-level data protection while leveraging OpenAI models in a private, controlled environment.

Is AI included in all Uptale plans?
AI capabilities are available depending on the plan.
The Freemium plan does not include AI features, although selected capabilities may be tested through a time-limited trial enabled by an Uptale expert. Contact us.
Higher-tier plans provide access to advanced AI features such as creation assistance, conversational AI, automatic multilingual translation and intelligent analytics.
Do AI features require specific technical skills?
No. All AI features are accessible through Uptale’s intuitive, no-code interface.
The platform is designed for trainers and content creators without technical backgrounds. AI operates behind the scenes to assist users, without adding complexity to their workflows.
