There is a perfect sales pitch created for each product and since it was not possible to deploy an instructor in each store, Microsoft has opted for a training that came closest to the real thing. Immersive Learning.
Description
In this training module in Virtual Reality and 360, the seller finds himself facing a client to whom he must sell a Surface Pro.
In this experiment with conditional scenarios, the learner must choose the best answer / question to give / ask the client and pitch the product using keywords to learn the best possible sales path.
Results
