GERAL: First aid training: work injuries

Objective

  • Create a situation requiring the learner to do first aid, in order to prepare him to face a similar situation in real-life 
  • Train in lifesaving techniques and first aid
  • Reproduce the urgent and stressful nature of a first aid intervention thanks to Immersive Learning

Description

Fully immersed as a first aid worker, the learner finds himself confronted with an emergency situation at the workstation.

They must then interact with the environment by identifying risks, diagnosing the injured person, and choosing the right actions to carry out this first aid operation.

Résultats

Launched in late 2020, this first aid training will increase the workforce’s reaction and intervention time as well as their ability to make the best decisions in stressful situations.
